1. No Refund Policy
AstraSanitas maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Payments made for consultations, treatments, or any of our healthcare or wellness services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

2. Rescheduling Appointments
While we do not offer refunds, we do provide flexible rescheduling options:

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability.

Rescheduling can be done via phone, email, or through our official scheduling platform.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show", and the full service fee will be forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit toward future services.
4. Exceptions
AstraSanitas may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of verified medical emergencies or circumstances beyond the client’s control. Documentation may be required to support such claims.
